Returns and Refunds Policy
At Logus, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products, service, and shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we provide an exchange and return policy as outlined below.
1. Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are applicable only for size replacements (bigger or smaller size).

Exchange is allowed once per order only.

Return/Exchange is not applicable on custom-made products.

All returns and exchanges are processed in the form of store credit, valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
2. Return Policy

Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, and with original packaging.

A copy of the invoice must be included in the return package.

Store credit will be issued equal to the value of the returned product minus shipping/COD charges.

Damaged or Defective Products: In the unlikely event you receive a damaged product, you may return it unused, in its original packaging, along with the invoice, to receive either a refund or replacement.
3. Important Conditions

Customers must contact Logus customer support at Navkarlogus108@hotmail.com or via WhatsApp within 24β48 hours of receiving the product.

Do not ship the product back before receiving a confirmation email from Logus.

Requests made after 3 days of product delivery will not be accepted.

It usually takes 5β6 working days for the return product to reach us, and 1β2 working days thereafter for us to process the refund/store credit or dispatch an exchange.
4. Return Instructions
When returning a product, please ensure the package includes:

The product in original condition.

The invoice.

A note mentioning the reason for return.
